This is a traditional oil painting that has been hand painted on stretched canvas, and varnished using Gamvar varnish. The 1.5 inch thick edges of the artwork have been painted a light brown, and the painting comes ready to hang.

Because the painting has been created in numerous layers, and because oils become more transparent over time, the work of art will actually continually look better as it ages.
